Support

Healthy churches have healthy leaders.  We strive to support pastors, staff, and their families.  In order to do this, we provide mentoring.  We also provide accountability, spiritual and leadership development, marriage and family enrichment, ministry relationship skills training, conflict management skills training, and by facilitating placement for pastors and staff.

This team exists to resource the needs of pastors and staff in the area of leadership care and development by meeting perceived needs or needs identified by the churches.
